GETTING IN SHAPE!!!
Cheerleading takes strength, stamina and flexibility. Anything you can do to improve yourself in these areas, will benefit you and your cheering. Aslo, now is not the time to go on any fad diets or stay up late. You'll need healthy food to fuel your body and plenty of rest.
Tips on Getting in Shape:
Vary your routine to keep it interesting.
Stretch whenever you think about it.
Always warm up.
Set a schedule and stick with it.
Ask someone to do it with you.
Learn your body and its needs.
Halt all exercise if you get injured and see a medical professional before continuing.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat healthy.
Get plenty of rest.

July 8, 2009 - All American Bash Productions, Inc. ("All American"), an event production company, today releases its New Brand from D/B/A Bash Spirit Cheer & Dance Competitions ("Bash") to True Spirit Cheer & Dance Competitions, Inc. ("True Spirit")
"This is a strategic move to bring a positive focus to what we are all about and of the vision we are promoting ," said Heather L. Amico, True Spirit's president. "We have geared our business around building self esteem and motivation for our athletes, which will help promote a strong foundation for the future of our kids; this reflects our belief to be "True to Yourself and Others", which is our mission."
